Warehouse conversion to offices

The design makes purposeful use of the existing warehouse fabric. Exposed structure and brickwork retain the building’s industrial character, while the open-plan arrangement creates a flexible 130sqm workplace finished to a high specification.
Stewart Nicholson Architects supported the project from the initial design and planning stages through tendering and construction, acting as project manager and contract administrator on site. This continuity helped translate the design intent into the completed Brighton office.
