The proposal is to remodel the existing detached period property and add a substantial full width ground floor living space extension providing garden access and an open plan living area.
A two bedroom loft extension is also proposed including shower room as well as a side return utility extension.
Sustainability is high on the agenda on this project, including pv, eco insulation, an air source heat pump, rain water harvesting and a sedum roof.
