The proposal is to remodel the existing detached period property and add a substantial full width ground floor living space extension providing garden access and an open plan living area.
A two bedroom loft extension is also proposed inc shower room as well as a side retrun utility extension.
Sustainibility is high on the agenda on this project, including pv, eco insulation, an air soiurce heat pump, rain water harvesting and a sedum roof.
