The two-site commission considered different housing tenures within a coordinated residential development strategy. One site was planned for private housing and the other for affordable homes, with outline planning permission secured in 2018.
The work was developed with Murphy Associates, bringing architectural design together with independent town-planning, conservation and urban-design advice. This collaborative approach supported the planning process and helped establish an appropriate framework for the proposed new homes.
