An extensively refurbished existing warehouse to form a self-contained 130sqm office fitted out to the highest spec. The space is in open plan configuration, with exposed mechanical plant and brickwork throughout.

The conversion retains the warehouse character through exposed brickwork and visible mechanical services, using the existing fabric as an important part of the completed workplace. The open-plan arrangement gives the 130sqm office flexibility while maintaining a clear, self-contained identity.
Delivering the project from initial design through planning and construction allowed the architectural approach, technical coordination and final fit-out to be considered together. The result combines the robustness of the original warehouse with a high-specification contemporary working environment.
