1920's House refurbishment & loft extension
A complete modernisation and refit including new kitchen, bathrooms, finishes and fittings whilst retaining the period integrity of the house with a contemporary feel. Permitted development rights were maximised to develop the house without the need for planning permission, a loft conversion and large dormer added a double bedroom and ensuite Japanese style bathroom.

This whole-house renovation balances period character and contemporary comfort. The kitchen, bathrooms, finishes and fittings were renewed while the original architectural integrity of the 1920s property was retained.
Permitted development rights were used to maximise the available space without requiring a planning application. A loft conversion and substantial dormer created an additional double bedroom and a Japanese-inspired ensuite bathroom, extending the home within its existing roof form.
