Meticulously Designed Luxury Specification Apartments in a Seafront Setting

Seven apartments on the top floor of existing Art Deco apartment blocks, intelligently configured to allow spacious open plan layouts and featuring full height glazing, sliding doors and part-glazed roof living areas, affording a wonderful flood of natural light & sea views.

The buildings perform at a very high thermal and energy efficiency standard and is able to generate its own power with the help of PV panels. The focus was to reduce the energy demands of the new build homes.

This has been achieved by using a high efficiency air source heat pump coupled with low temperature under floor heating and a timber frame construction. As well as PV and air source heat pumps with batterys, the house employs passive solar design, high levels of insulation and air tightness measures to make for A rated homes (A rated EPC).
